Businessly Pro

What Free, Pro and Pro Plus include, what founding means, and how to get Pro on your phone or your PC.

Businessly stays free forever — no trial, and nothing you already use is ever locked. Businessly Pro is an optional, one-time upgrade for shops that want more than the free limits, or want the app without ads.

The limits only stop you adding a new business, vehicle, property, or installment plan once the free count is used up — nothing you have already entered is ever hidden, locked, or made read-only. Sales, payments, customers, reports, backup and sync all work the same on every plan.

Founding: free Pro for shopkeepers who were here first

If you were already using Businessly before Pro launched, you get Pro for free — nothing to pay, ever.

  • If you were already signed in before launch, it is applied automatically the next time you open the app.
  • If you were using Businessly without an account, Used Businessly before launch? Sign in to get Pro free. the first time you sign in — the app checks how long this device has had a book on it and applies founding Pro if it qualifies.
On Android

Getting Pro on Android

Bought it already on another phone signed into the same account? Open the same screen and tap Restore purchase — it applies here too, nothing to pay again.

On Windows

Getting Pro on Windows

Open Businessly Pro from Settings on your PC. Sign in first if you have not — the plan is applied to your account, so there needs to be an account for it to land on. The screen then shows the wallet number to send to, the account name you will see when you send, and the WhatsApp number for the receipt.

Send the price of the plan you want, then send a screenshot of the receipt on WhatsApp together with the email address you signed in with. That email is the only thing that tells us which account to apply the plan to. Once it is confirmed the plan reaches this PC and every other device you sign in on.

If you already paid

A purchase belongs to your account, not the device it was bought on. Sign in with the same account on a new phone or PC and your plan follows automatically. On Android, use Restore purchase if it does not appear right away.

Whether Pro is switched on at all, and what the free limits are, is controlled centrally, the same way the rest of the app is — so it is normal for the exact wording or limits on this screen to change slightly between one release and the next.
