Easy load & wallet float
Mobile load, Easypaisa and JazzCash — keeping each network's company balance separate from your own cash, so you always know which is which.
If you sell mobile load or run an Easypaisa / JazzCash counter, you are holding two different kinds of money: the company balance the network gives you, and your own cash in the drawer.
Mixing them up is how shopkeepers end up thinking they are richer than they are. Easy load keeps them apart.
Setting up your providers
Add common providers adds Jazz, Zong, Telenor, Ufone, Easypaisa and JazzCash in one tap. Or use Add provider for anything else.
Each provider needs a Provider name, an Opening balance, and a Type:
- Airtime / load — the networks
- Wallet (Easypaisa/JazzCash) — the money-transfer counters
Every provider card shows its Company balance — the float you are holding with them right now.
What you can record
For an airtime provider:
| Action | What it does |
|---|---|
| Sell load | Float goes down, money comes to you |
| Sell package | The same, from a saved package |
| Top up balance | You bought float from a distributor — float goes up |
For a wallet:
| Action | |
|---|---|
| Cash-in / Send | Customer gives you cash to send |
| Cash-out / Withdraw | Customer takes cash out |
| Pay bill | A bill paid through the wallet |
How the customer pays you
Each sale asks how it was settled: Cash, Udhaar, or Split.
Choose Split and enter Cash received now; the rest goes on their balance. If you enter too much, Businessly tells you: Cash part must be less than the amount.
Topping up
When you buy float from a distributor, record a Top up balance. Pay cash now, or put it on the distributor's account with Choose distributor — either way your float goes up by what you bought.
Moving float and fixing balances
- Transfer balance moves float between two of your own accounts — Transfer to and From.
- Adjust balance handles everything else, like commission a network credits you: Adjustment (+ adds, − reduces).
Checking your history
Balance history lists every movement on that provider. Anything wrong can be put right with Reverse this entry.
Where the cash goes
Float stays in Easy load; cash flows into your normal cash book. That separation is the whole point — your cash in hand never counts float you are holding for a network.
