Multiple businesses

Run more than one shop and keep them completely separate — including one that never leaves this device.

Each business keeps its own customers, cash, stock, bills and products. Nothing leaks between them.

Switching

Tap your shop name at the top of Home. The switcher lists every business, with a tick against the active one. Pick another and the whole app re-scopes to it.

Adding one

Add a business takes a name and a type. It starts empty apart from the starter product list for that type — see Your first five minutes.

Keeping one off the cloud

When you create a business you can tick Keep on this device only.

That business then carries an On this device only badge, never syncs, and never reaches your cloud backup — even while you are signed in. Everything else shows Synced to your account.

Managing them

Manage businesses lets you rename one, or remove one you no longer need. A removed business can be brought back with Restore.

What stays shared

Your account, your theme and language, your reminder settings and message templates are yours rather than per-shop. Change the language once and every business uses it.

Signing in with a business already here

If you have been using a business offline and then sign in to an account that already has one, they do not merge. Your offline shop survives as its own separate business. See Signing in.
